STATEMENT RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03"

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003, n. 196 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter the Code), TERRE DI MASCIULLI, with reference to personal data acquired or that will be acquired (by way of example: personal, tax, name, accounting, etc.), in relation to the contractual relations with the User or those that may be entertained in the future, informs that:

The data will be processed in such a way as to guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be carried out with the aid of electronic and/or automated means, for purposes concerning the performance of the obligations provided for in the General Conditions of Contract, for checks and evaluations on the results and progress of the relationship, as well as on the risks associated with it (i.e., for example: truthfulness of the data provided, solvency even during the relationship, etc.. ) for compliance with the law and / or provisions of public bodies, for promotional activities of the products / services of TERRE DI MASCIULLI and for commercial and / or marketing purposes, including through the use of the Customer's e-mail address.

The provision of data is optional, however, any refusal to provide the same may result in difficulties in the conclusion (i.e., the Customer's identification data, Tax Code, VAT number, etc.), execution and management (i.e., for example, the data relating to the Customer's bank account, the Customer's activities, the names and powers of the Customer's Legal Representative, data of an asset, financial or economic nature in general, etc.) of the Contract.

The data, in addition to being processed by TERRE DI MASCIULLI, will be communicated to certain parties appointed by the same for the performance of certain activities that cannot be carried out or that are deemed inappropriate to carry out within its own organization. These services also include the processing of data for the achievement of contractual purposes, to companies specializing in the organization of conventions, administration, telemarketing, for the promotion of products/services of TERRE DI MASCIULLI, to carry out specific activities, always inherent to the performance of the relationship, through outsourcing contracts, credit management and to all subjects to whom the communication is due by virtue of legal and/or contractual obligations.

The data will be communicated to Italian and foreign companies, parents of, controlled by, and/or connected to, even indirectly, TERRE DI MASCIULLI and may be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union.

The data will also be communicated to Public Administrations, Auditing Companies and to all subjects to whom the communication is due by virtue of legal and/or contractual obligations.

The data controller is TERRE DI MASCIULLI, towards which the User may exercise the rights under Art. 7 of the Code and in particular:
- to know the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her and to have communication of such data in intelligible form;
- to be informed about the owner, the purposes and methods of processing and any responsible person, the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated;
- obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data;
- obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the same;
- oppose for legitimate reasons the processing of data, subject to the limits established by law;
- oppose the sending of advertising material or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication.

The Personal Data acquired may be communicated, however confidentially, to the subjects that supply, in turn, the Supplier and be transferred to the offices of the same in order to carry out market analysis, plan sales processes and disclosure of the activities carried out by the indirect channel. These subjects, carrying out the Processing of Personal Data as indicated above, thus in a different and unrelated way from the processing carried out by the Supplier, act for all intents and purposes as Data Controllers.
